Andrew hails from Sugar Land, TX and graduated from Belmont University in 2009. He is currently a day to day manager of up and coming duo Striking Matches as well as marketing director for artists Ashley Monroe, Kristen Kelly and Striking Matches at Crush Management . Having spent time as a booking assistant and merchandise manager, Andrew began the Young Entertainment Professionals (YEP) as a way to connect his peers and develop stronger relationships among them to foster success as a generation. Mention the TV show Friday Night Lights around Andrew and he will immediately point out that he has a dog named Riggins.
Big Machine Label Group
Jimmy Chapin, a Chattanooga, TN native, has worked at Big Machine Label Group since June 2011, and is currently the Operations Coordinator for the Label Group. He attended Belmont University studying Marketing as well as Music Business, and graduated in 2011. He has had his hand in many promotional and creative projects, such as Taylor Swift’s lyric videos, as well as assisting in various international marketing needs and record label operations. Nicknamed “Rock City”, he can be found impersonating Johnny Cash on the streets of music row when no one is looking.
Matt Cottingham is an attorney specializing in entertainment, intellectual property and business law. Matt represents a diverse group of individuals and companies in all areas of the entertainment industry, including songwriters, recording artists, record producers, independent music publishers, new media companies and independent record labels.
Matt received a B.S. in Recording Industry Management from Middle Tennessee State University and received his law degree from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. He is a member of the Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations and volunteers with Volunteer Lawyers & Professionals for the Arts (VLPA).
Kenley Flynn is Creative Director at Combustion Music, a Nashville-based multi-genre publishing company. In 2006, he made the move from North Carolina to Nashville for school, graduating from Belmont University in 2010. Not long after, he was hired at Combustion and made Nashville his permanent home. In the past year, Kenley has been involved in securing cuts/placements for Eden’s Edge, Jake Owen, Keith Urban, Mickey Guyton, and ABC’s newest TV series, Nashville.
Shea Fowler, a native Texan, is a graduate of Belmont University with a B.S. in Entertainment Industry Studies. Beginning her professional career as a performer, Shea has worked in entertainment since the age of two. She moved into the business side of the music industry working for Big Machine Label Group in A&R, with artists such as Taylor Swift, Rascal Flatts, Reba and The Band Perry. Shea currently serves as Creative Director at Cornman Music, a publishing company owned by Grammy Award-Winning Songwriter Brett James.
Michael was born and raised in Nashville TN. Graduated from Father Ryan High School in 2006, and went to attend Auburn University in Auburn, AL, graduating in 2010 with a degree in Accounting. He is currently working on obtaining his Masters at Tennessee Tech, while working for Puryear, Hamilton, Hausman & Wood, PLC. as a staff accountant specializing in the Oil & Gas Industry.

Cleveland, Ohio native Jarrod Holley began his career in the entertainment industry as a musician while touring in bands as a teenager. In doing so, he acquired a real world understanding of the touring industry and the essential components of a successful tour. Jarrod's experiences on the road led him to a job in Nashville, Tennessee where he focused on artist management and social media marketing. Currently employed as a Tour Manager, Jarrod is responsible for the various daily logistics allowing an artist to maintain a lucrative touring career. Since relocating to Nashville in 2011, Jarrod has worked with a number of talented artists including Frankie Ballard, Eric Hutchinson, Canaan Smith, and Sean McConnell.
Razor & Tie Publishing
Raised just south of Atlanta, Georgia, on Lake Spivey, MaryAnn attended school at Woodward Academy. Upon graduation, she followed her older brother to the University of Mississippi to begin her college career. While at Ole Miss, MaryAnn received word that she would be granted a wish by the Make A Wish Foundation, due to a life-threatening illness she had survived 4 years prior. Her wish was to attend the CMT Music Awards, which happened to be at Belmont University. The following semester, she transferred to Belmont to pursue a degree in Music Business. While in school at Belmont, MaryAnn interned at The Block Agency, ASCAP, Ansel Davis and Associates, as well as worked to launch the career of the Florida Georgia Line. Since graduation in December of 2010, she has been working at Cal IV Entertainment until recently accepting a new position at Razor & Tie Music Publishing. MaryAnn is currently Razor and Tie's Coordinator of Publishing Administration.
Lee Krabel started his path in the music industry at Nashville's Belmont University, graduating with a bachelors degree in Business Administration. Soon after graduation, Lee was hired by acclaimed independent publisher Sea Gayle Music where he stayed for almost 3 years before coming to HoriPro in 2011. Worked with writers and artists such as: Little Big Town, Chris Stapleton, Dean Dillon, & Phil O'Donnell.
Kendall went to college for Music Business at MTSU after transferring from Auburn University in 2008. She later interned to publishing company Big Loud Bucks and Big Loud Shirt, Kobalt Music Group as a Creative Assistant. Kendall is currently at THiS Music.
Marc grew up in a small town in Southern Illinois. In 2008, he headed off for Belmont University to get his degree in Music Business. Interning and volunteering through college led him to his first job. Graduating in 2010, Marc took a job at Huskins-Harris Business Management working with country artists Chris Young and Jerrod Niemann. In August of 2012, he decided to get into management and accepted a position at Crush Management. Now, Marc works with Sony Arista's Kristen Kelly and Warner Music Nashville's Ashley Monroe doing day to day management.
Red Dog Music Group
Garrison is an Honors sophomore at Belmont University studying Music Business. He is from Bentonville, Arkansas. He currently owns a small business called Red Dog Music Group, and, with a young country artist named Matt Enik, is currently organizing a fair and festival tour called The Matt Enik Independent We Stand Summer 2013 Tour, sponsored by a small business advocacy company called Independent We Stand. He is an Eagle Scout and says he will be forever a Razorback fan, even if they never get better.
Jordan Stephens is Belmont University graduate with a degree in music business. During her time at Belmont she interned for CMT, Capitol Records, The Block Agency and worked with country duo Florida Georgia Line. After graduation, Jordan first started work as a Music Licensing Representative at SESAC before accepting a position at on the Music Strategy team at CMT.
Big Yellow Dog Music
Laura Wright was born and raised in Nashville, TN and earned her degree in Marketing with a minor in Music Business at Belmont University. Throughout college, she held internships at Cal IV Entertainment, Carnival Music, Nashville Lifestyles Magazine, and was a part of the Class of 2009 BMI Catalog Cast. Upon graduating from Belmont, she landed a gig at Writer’s Den Music Group as a song plugger and catalog manager. In 2011, she was brought on as a Creative Manager to EMI Music Publishing where she signed Natalie Hemby, Drake White, and Adam Hambrick. She also worked closely with the Warren Brothers, Thomas Rhett and Jeremy Stover. Laura has been involved with securing cuts for artists such as Trace Adkins, Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton and Chris Young. In 2013, Laura joined Big Yellow Dog Music where she currently serves as Creative Director.
